Employee Spotlight Series – Meet Our New Account Director, Kelly Radack!

We recently sat down with our Account Director, Kelly Radack to learn more about her and her role at Elevation. Kelly is new to the team and we couldn’t be more excited to have her join the Elevation family. Featuring Kelly in our April employee spotlight seemed like the perfect way to get to know her a little bit better!

1. Tell us about a typical day in the life of Kelly.

Outside of work, my days vary from being the team manager for my son’s soccer club to volunteering at the AZ Mastiff rescue on Sundays. When days are free, I enjoy trying new restaurants with my husband, listening to live music or hanging out in the pool with family and friends.

2. What would people never guess you do as a Account Director?

My role varies each day which always keeps it interesting. Some days it is filled with data analysis, other days it is preparing for a presentation to present key findings or the next day it could be all about collaborating with my teammates on new trends and marketplace opportunities.  There is always something new and different to explore.

3. What do you enjoy most about your role?

I love finding that “aha” or insight that can ignite a new idea or strategy and then implementing it to make an impact.

4. What drew you to Elevation Marketing?

The experience and skill level of the people. I was instantly impressed.

5. In your mind, what sets Elevation apart from other agencies?

Elevation’s extensive research and strategy process provides a solid foundation to differentiate each client’s business from their competitors by truly understanding the pain points, needs and opportunities of their customers.

6. Tell us something we may not know about you.

I lived in California, Colorado and Ohio prior to Phoenix. I also love to travel and take vacations that involve hanging out on the beach, scuba diving, skiing or boating.

7. What’s your favorite thing to do in Phoenix?

We have a boat at Lake Pleasant, so we go there quite a bit. My husband and I do “lake dates” and my son always has fun when we take him and his buddies tubing and wakeboarding. I also am a huge fan of doing a staycation or spa day at the JW Marriott or Princess.

8. What is the first thing you would buy if you won the lottery?

A family safari trip to Rwanda to go gorilla trekking.
